Where required, Lunation will enter into a Data Processing Addendum (DPA) with enterprise customers governing data protection, confidentiality, and security obligations. Platform and service relationships are governed by separate written agreements between Lunation and its customers, which take precedence over this Privacy Policy with respect to processing of customer data.

8. International Data TransfersGDPR Privacy Policy (Data Protection Rights)

If you access the Website from outside the United States, your personal information may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other jurisdictions where we or our service providers operate.

By using the Website, you acknowledge that your information may be transferred to jurisdictions whose data protection rules may differ from those of your jurisdiction. Such transfers are made in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
